The 100 finest campsites in the UK and Ireland

0b4d3960-8256-41ce-bcd6-fbb5b0abf2b1

Founded in 2008, the Premier Parks group is an exclusive collection of high-quality touring parks across Britain and Ireland. The sites range in size, location and the facilities offered, but one thing they all have in common is they provide a first-rate experience worthy of the Premier Parks name and have all been independently assessed by the editorial team.

Factors such as a great location and stunning views are given as much importance as the quality of the facilities blocks, on-site amenities and the presentation of the site. The factors the editors take into account during a grading include; stunning views, a great location, perfect pitches, a neat and tidy site, facilities that are of a good standard, and any unique or outstanding on-site features.

For the 2016 season the grading has become even tougher, meaning only the very best sites are invited to join the Premier Parks group. Spread throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, the sites offer everything from large holiday parks with every facility, to quieter adult-only hideaways.

Whatever you look for in a motorhome holiday you’re bound to find a site that suits you from the varied selection. The Premier Parks collection has got it all – sites by the beach, countryside boltholes, stunning views, dog-friendly sites, and campsites with swimming pools, entertainment and modern facilities … the list is endless.

Wherever you choose to pitch during 2016, if you pick a Premier Park you can rest assured that your holiday will be a first-rate experience.

The details of the 100 Premier Parks for the 2016 season will be unveiled on the dedicated website from 1 November 2015 on premier-parks.co.uk.
