Tingdene unveils a lodge with a roof terrace - the Quantum

Tingdene has a new, ultra-luxurious holiday home with a roof terrace spanning its entire roof.

The Quantum lodge is launched to mark Tingdene’s 50th anniversary of building holiday and residential homes.

A staircase rises from one side of the huge lounge and takes you to a multi-level terrace. The entire roof terrace is bordered by glass panels, so you feel it’s totally open, yet there is shelter.

There are raised areas for a barbecue and for a hot tub (that’s an optional extra) and an artificial grass-surfaced area running the whole length of the lodge, with two seating areas. The Quantum design is perfect for entertaining!

This is a 52ft by 22ft lodge, with a bedroom at each end – one a double, one a twin.

The enormous lounge, kitchen and dining area takes up three-quarters of the length of the home, with the kitchen at one end.

The Quantum’s bedroom configuration underlines its effectiveness as a lodge for entertaining. The bedrooms are at each end; the guest room is hidden away alongside the kitchen in a totally separate area and has an en suite shower room.

At the opposite end of the Quantum is the awesome master bedroom, with an island wall.

On one side is the bed and, on the other, the most incredible bathroom with a bath and also a large open shower.
