Tingdene launches eco package

New park homes or leisure lodges bought from Tingdene Homes are now available with an option to upgrade the build far beyond the thermal requirements of the BS 3632 residential standard for mobile homes.

The company’s new Eco4Build Package can be applied to any of it’s park home or leisure lodge designs and offers efficiency levels that meet or exceed the requirements for the Code for Sustainable Homes: Code Level 4 - Energy Efficiency.

Utilising steel-frame build together with dramatically improved thermal performance, Eco4Build will benefit the environment and dramatically reduce fuel bills.

Where Eco4Buid is specified, Tindgene says the new home will:
• feature improved thermal efficiency, with a 44% improvement beyond Building Regulations
• reduce fuel bills
• benefit the environment.

Other benefits could include ease of obtaining planning permissions; enhancement of the property’s value; and potential marketing and commercial benefits when considered as part of a development.
