PARK OFFERS EASY ACCESS TO LONDON AND THE COAST

b4b634e6-4918-4fbb-934c-ef280812cd89
Where else could you get a two-bedroom detached property in the Hampshire countryside with easy access to London and the south coast for this sort of money?
Take your pick from two previously-owned park homes: a 31x20 Stately Woburn priced at £99,000 or a 36x20 Omar Southdown costing £100,000. Or choose from three vacant plots, each suitable for a home measuring 40x20 with guideline prices ranging from £154,995 up to £174,995.
The properties in question are at Whitehill Residential Park at Borden near Liphook, a 12-acre estate licensed for 63 homes, all twin units. It is part of Key Parks, owned by father-and-daughter team Darko and Lulu Emersic.
London is just over an hour’s train journey. The south coast is even closer: only 22 miles away. Much closer still, almost within walking distance, is the South Downs National Park.
There has been a residential park-home estate at Whitehill since at least the 1950s. Although only a few minutes’ drive from the A3, it is surrounded by fields and woodland and has a distinctly rural-village feel. Plenty of peace and quiet here.
On a practical level, Borden is less than two miles away with its supermarkets and pubs plus a bank, library and various shops. Doctors’ and dental surgeries can be found within 1½ miles of the park, with a post office, takeaways and plenty more shops only a little further distant.
Plot fees are £132.54 per calendar month. Band A council tax applies, currently c.£960 per annum. Electricity is metered and billed quarterly by the park, with mains lpg supplied from a bulk tank. The minimum age is 55 and pets are allowed.
