Park Home Assist wins award

Park Home Assist Insurance Services has received an award at the 2024 British Insurance Award event

The company was announced as the winner of the 2024 Customer Experience Award, rated as one of the most prestigious awards in the insurance industry, at the event at the Royal Albert Hall.

Park home Assist was notified a few months ago that it had been shortlisted for three awards, and the company was delighted to have been recognised by the insurance industry.

The Customer Experience Award is open to any UK-based insurance business and the judges were looking for those who had clearly demonstrated an excellent level of engagement at every point of the customer journey, from marketing to sales to customer service and claims. Proof was required on how this impacted the customer experience and how policyholders and prospective policyholders feel towards the brand.
