New holiday park for Wales

8770ccb9-454d-45c7-a6b7-9f6ac437650c

As the holiday home industry springs back into action, work is starting on a new park in Wales.
A golf course is being converted into a holiday home and lodge park near Caersws, in Powys. The development, spanning 28 acres, will house 100 holiday homes and 25 chalets, together with an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa.

The park is being developed by Mid Wales Leisure, a family business headed by Trevor Bebb, which owns three holiday home and lodge parks.
Approval for the development came after a 19-month planning process managed for Mid Wales Leisure by Stuart Thomas, head of planning at Berrys in Shrewsbury.
