Allen’s Caravans are pleased to announce the development of one of their leading residential and holiday park sites in the Cotswolds, Worcestershire. The magnificent new complex is currently under construction with work due to finish in early 2013.Residents will be able to enjoy new facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, social hall for recreational activities and social events, all at no additional cost. The plans also incorporate the addition of an outdoor bowling green, which will become a part of the new complex at a later date.
Leedons Residential Park is a popular site for semi-retired and retired people, keen to enjoy a simple and peaceful way of life within a beautiful setting.
The Residential Park is one of Allen’s Caravans most popular sites and has been awarded with a Gold Award for Conservation, one of very few sites to hold the prestigious award, presented by David Bellamy.
“We are incredibly proud of the Leedons Residential Park and the way in which it is run and how truly happy residents are living on the site. The gold award was a real achievement for us and we are sure that the new development will only improve the area and the amenities on offer to current and new residents.” Joe Folkes, Allen’s Caravans
Planning permission for the new development was granted in January 2012 and although construction will take a period of time, residents will be able to maintain their day-to-day lives with little disruption.
