Lake-edge lodges in the Lincolnshire fenland

A new development of luxury lodges is underway amid the tranquil fenlands of Lincolnshire

Langtoft Lakes is an exclusive development of just 37 lodges, on a 57-acre site. All the lodges will be from the Prestige Homeseeker collection and all will be sited around the edges of the large lake the centrepiece of the park.

Each lodge will be 'sunken', so that there are no steps to the doorways. Each will be complete with extensive decking with glass screens, some clear, some opaque for privacy. Most of the lodges will have hot tubs.

Langtoft Lakes is a few miles from the A15, hidden among fenland tranquillity amid the flat, big-skies lands which characterise this region. The villages of Baston, which has two pubs serving food, and Langtoft, are within a few minutes' drive.

Prices of the lodges are from £200,000 to £350,000. The park has a year-round licence. Ground rent is £3500 and includes grounds maintenance and water (which comes from a natural bore under the park).
