HOMESEEKER LAUNCHES ACCLAIM PARK HOME

a7b585aa-1993-4507-ae5d-3105046baa7b
Following on from an announcement last year of their intention to take a new direction in the designing of homes, Homeseeker has unveiled its latest Signature range model.
The Acclaim is a 20ft-wide residential twin-unit park home which comes in five lengths ranging from 36ft up to 45ft. Ex-works prices start at £71,025 rising to £85,158 for the ‘bronze’ version.
This puts it mid way in the Homeseeker price range, more expensive than the Affinity and Kingston, less so than the Sofia, Graceland and Jade Cottage.
Signature models are all offered in three specifications, bronze, silver and gold. So better-equipped and more luxurious silver and gold versions of the Acclaim are also available.
For your money you get a twin double-bedroom layout, the master en-suite and with walk-in wardrobe, plus a separate lounge and combined kitchen and dining area. The three largest models (from 40ft upwards) also come with a utility room and study. All plus bathroom of course.
Distinctive features of the exterior include two box-bay windows and a gable roof.
