Blurring the boundaries between hotel and holiday home

Potential buyers of a holiday home or anyone looking for luxury living can take advantage of a new concierge ownership service being offered at three locations in the Park Leisure port folio – Chantry, the nearby Yorkshire Dales Park, and Par Sands on the Cornish coast.

The concierge service benefits consist of linen, towels, robes and consumables, with a grocery pre-order service, travel arrangement, local attraction and restaurant reservations also available on request.

Gary Molloy, CEO at Park Leisure, said: “The new aptly named concierge service represents a five star hotel offering, and will help to make our exclusive five-star lodges and holiday homes much more accessible to a wider audience.

“The service will help people enjoy their own slice of luxury, and appeals to people who want a holiday home to act as getaway from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life in some amazing locations around the UK.

“This solution means that people can pre-book to fit in with their busy schedules, and have the peace of mind that everything will be perfect upon arrival.”

Prices start from £14,995 for 45 nights across the year at the Yorkshire Dales park. For more information visit the Park Leisure concierge website.
