Holidays in Cornwall - Rosewater Park

6a7f5095-83b9-41db-a2ce-ce7ee8593a78
SITUATED in a shallow valley close to the village of St Teath, Rosewater Park is a perfect location for touring the beautiful coast and countryside of North Cornwall. Spectacular Port Isaac Bay and Camelford are about three miles away, and there are fantastic coastal walks to Tintagel and Polzeath.

There are no facilities on the park itself, enabling those looking for peace and quiet to enjoy this most picturesque part of North Cornwall. The pretty village of St Teath is just a short walk away, and has a pub, restaurant, shops, general store, butchers and Post Office.

Customers can select their plot and the style of home, designed to their own specification. Single or twin lodges are available, fully furnished (with a choice of colours), fully insulated, centrally heated, with uPVC windows and doors. Prices start from £66,450 ono.

Outside, the garden is turfed, and has a shed and driveway edged with railway sleeper. For relaxing outside during the summer evenings you can have a deck added as an optional extra.

With the park open for 52 weeks, a lodge at Rosewater Park is an ideal way to escape from the stresses of everyday life – and also provides an ideal ‘buy to let’ opportunity.

The park also has a residential section of 24 homes. There are two vacant plots, with turnkey prices from £108,050.

FOR SALE

A new Tingdene Mackworth Lodge 40x12 two bed is available at £69,995. On the residential estate, a 1974 Stately-Albion Woburn 30x20 2-bed was available at £58,000. Vacant plots are available for both lodges and park homes.
