WEBLAND Farm is set in peaceful South Devon countryside less than fifteen miles from the spectacular coast, with superb views across to Dartmoor National Park. Situated between Avonwick and South Brent, this quiet country park has been designed to provide a rural haven with spacious country lodges and modern caravan holiday homes for sale.

Although nestled in such a quiet and unspoilt location the park is easy to reach, being only a couple of miles from the A38 Expressway. Here you can enjoy your own second home throughout the year, including Christmas.

Away from busy roads, and some way along a delightful Devon lane where the banks are high and strewn with wildflowers, Webland Farm deliberately has no bars, clubs or swimming pool, so life is simple and everyone is welcoming and friendly. The park extends to 24 acres in total, 13 acres consisting of quiet fields and meadows to roam, with trails and a newly planted woodland – the perfect antidote to a frantic hi-tech lifestyle or urban environment.

Webland will have a total of just 28 beautiful holiday lodges with a choice of two different designs and a range of options on interior colourways and furnishings.

There is extensive spacing around each lodge, with ongoing landscaping work. The lodges also come complete with generous, substantially built decking as standard, where you can soak up the sun, relax with a glass of wine or dine al-fresco.

Webland is a small family-run park since 1990, so with no tourers, camping or letting accommodation, the site creates a safe and friendly atmosphere.

The historic town of Totnes is the closest, while just over a mile away is the village of South Brent where you will find a good range of shops, a small supermarket, Post Office and bank to cater for your needs.  A short drive away are the delightful coastal towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth.

Holiday lodge owner Val Winstanley has been visiting South Devon for over 20 years. “Three years ago I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a small holiday retreat. I discovered the concept of a holiday lodge, which provided all the luxury of permanent holiday accommodation, but with much less cost and, indeed, hassle.

“Webland Farm ticked all the right boxes, and since holidaying here I have not looked back.”
