Advertising feature – The Montreal, PEC Homes

57bba6de-8557-4bba-992d-ffe59cbfbfe1
PEC Homes & Leisure believe in the quality of detail; their homes are expertly designed for people who have the most exacting standards.

They have created The Montreal using elements chosen for their quality, combined with their ability to complement the design and capture the imagination. The Montreal is not intended merely as a place to stay, but is a place where the indoors connects with the outdoors; a place with room to relax and enjoy a finer lifestyle. As you enter the Montreal you are instantly greeted with a feeling of space, enhanced by the natural light as it floods through the full height windows and French doors into the open plan living area. With its vaulted ceiling, luxury leather suite and plush carpet, relaxation becomes second nature. In the evening, the lounge evolves into a more intimate place with the use of subtle lighting from ceiling spotlights. The addition of a wall-mounted flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD and fire make it the ideal space for those cosy nights in. The open plan lounge combines seamlessly with the open kitchen and dining area which use the natural light from its feature window and Velux roof light to accentuate the lines of the high gloss contemporary kitchen design. As you would expect, this contains all the best in modern appliances and storage features including Bosch eye-level oven and microwave, Smeg integrated dishwasher, full height pull-out larder units, breakfast bar and contemporary Acacia dining table, to name but a few. The luxurious master bedroom and en suite features a large Vienna leather bed framed by the walnut units which contain subtle LED down lighters. The walk-in wardrobe offers an abundance of hanging and shelving space. The en suite has a large quadrant sliding door shower enclosure, tiled walls and contemporary wash basin resting on a modern and functional vanity unit. The second bedroom has two 3’ single beds for guests or children (a double bed can be used if the singles are not required), plus a stylish double wardrobe. Off the hallway is the study, with executive desk and leather chair, featuring a tall picture window to make the most of the natural light. Here also is the main bathroom with its designer ceramic tiling, modern furniture and Whirlpool spa bath with overhead mixer shower. This room is a haven where you can relax and pamper yourself after a long day.
