bb17112c-0dce-4bf3-ac08-fe70459349e7
FLANNIGAN Parks have been developing park homes since 2002, with parks in Cheshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Wales. Our aim is to provide luxury 5-star quality developments for the retired and semi-retired. We pride ourselves on the location and standard of our parks, which are set in magnificent locations and maintained to a high standard.

MOSSWAYS PARK

Eccups Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5PA
Mossways is situated in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. It is positioned on the edge of Prince Albert Lake in Wilmslow, and is within striking distance of Lindow Common, which is famed for its walks, lakes and history.

CROFT PARK

Newton Hall Lane, Mobberley, Knutsford WA16 7LN
This is one of our newest developments. It is set in the beautiful semi rural location of Mobberley, and within a short distance of Wilmslow town centre, which boasts a great selection of restaurants and shops.

MOUNT PLEASANT PARK

Acaster Malbis, York YO23 2UW
This superbly developed park is located in leafy surrounds on the edge of the charming village of Acaster Malbis.

MORFA DDU PARK

St James Drive, Prestatyn LL19 8EJ
A small new development for just 23 homes, the popularity of this park is shown by the fact that since we acquired it last year, we have gone on to sell 12 homes.

SWINNEL BROOK PARK

Grane Road, Haslingden BB4 4FN
This small new development is set in a semi rural location with stunning views over the hills and down to the river. It is within easy walking distance of Haslingden town centre.

AGDEN BROW PARK

Agden, Lymm WA13 0UB
Set in the Cheshire countryside, this is one of our more established parks. We currently have no homes for sale on the park. However, occasionally homes do become available for rent. Please contact the office for details.
