LYING on the banks of the River Arun, Marina View is situated on Littlehampton Marina. It is comprised of 24 holiday lodges, which are available for purchase only on a holiday basis.

Littlehampton Marina is a small and bustling marina, involved in many maritime activities, which many of the residents of Marina View are able to overlook from the luxury and quiet of their gardens.

The marina has the benefit of operating a restaurant that is open to the public during the day. The marina has 24-hour security that also oversees Marina View, offering a secure site and peace of mind.

You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the marina from the restaurant which is 100 metres away, or enjoy the seclusion of the site should you want a calm, quiet holiday home. There is a scenic walk available along the riverbank as far as Arundel.

The first sales occurred on the site in 2005, and since then the park has matured. Trees have grown and the individual tastes of the owners have shown through in the beautiful array of plants and flowers.

Whether travelling on foot or by car, lodge owners do not have far to travel for local amenities. Littlehampton railway station is a 10-minute walk, with the town centre a further 100 metres. The seafront has a wide range of activities for the family, with some up-and-coming restaurants to dine in. The town hosts several large high street shops, relieving the individual of having far to go for daily essentials.

Littlehampton lies between Chichester and Brighton, both being lovely shopping areas, and just south of the Downs, with glorious walks and picnic spots. Most famously, though, the park lies just 20 minutes from Goodwood and all the sporting events that occur throughout the year.

FOR SALE

The park has a total of only 24 two and three bedroom lodges, all with dedicated parking space and fitted with all modern facilities. The lodges are sold on 25-year licences. A ground rent is also payable, the amount of which will depend on the size of lodge.
