HILLTOP Park is situated on a beautiful site in the heart of Warwickshire, where residents can enjoy both country relaxation and the buzz of city life in an area renowned for its heritage and culture.

Hilltop Park Homes is a family-run business with over 20 years of experience in the park home industry, owning, managing and developing park home estates. The owners play an active role in the running of the business, and maintain excellent relations with all the residents.

Hilltop Park offers you the feeling of being part of a community, knowing that you are surrounded by like-minded people. The owners deal with all the major park home manufacturers, and are happy to help you design a home of your choice.

At Hilltop Park, all the road areas are tarmacadam and are well lit by street lighting, with private access to the site. Security and peace of mind is of paramount importance, and a great community spirit exists at Hilltop, with both the on-site manager and the friendly neighbourhood feeling allowing you to live life in a relaxed and stress-free manner.

Hilltop Park is well catered for in the healthcare department, with several doctors and dental practices easily accessible.

The main shopping centres are Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon, which offer all the major supermarkets and leisure facilities. Royal Leamington Spa has something for everyone.
One of its major visitor attractions is the Royal Pump Rooms, which are set alongside the river. You can also enjoy the Royal Spa Centre, stunning parks, cinema and theatres, plus the cafés, bistros and restaurants with their beautiful settings alongside the river.

A regular Saturday market is held in the Market Square, and at the end of each month there is a European market.

Hilltop Park regularly holds open days, but if you would like to arrange a private viewing of the available plots, or you would like to drop round for an informal chat, we would be more than happy to see you.
