ARE you finding it harder to achieve the lifestyle and quality of life you deserve? Are you retired? Own your own home? Wish you had more savings so you could enjoy your retirement to the full? Make your dreams come true by moving into a residential park home.

Heathlands Park is in a desirable location close to Ipswich, but in a quiet position bordering the local golf course. Local amenities include a post office, supermarkets, doctors and hospital.

Our first priority has been to create a park where discerning people can enjoy their retirement years to the full. Heathlands Park is a modern, secure development, with a security barrier at the entrance to the park. Electricity and mains gas is individually metered to each home. These and telephone connections are all underground, so there are no overhead cables to spoil the beautiful appearance of the park.

There are parking spaces around the park, most of them being in the cul de sac areas so they are close to the individual homes. There is car parking for visitors too, and some garages are available for rent.
Located close to the Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, Heathlands Park is also within easy reach of Lavenham, Long Melford, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich and Cambridge, with a wealth of interesting nearby locations to visit.

Ipswich is Suffolk’s county town. Steeped in history, it boasts many ancient and attractive buildings, and has been enjoying a major regeneration of late. The town has close associations with Cardinal Wolsey. The son of an Ipswich butcher, Wolsey was born in the town in 1471, and went on to become the Cardinal and Lord Chancellor to Henry VIII.

As a symbol of the town’s affection for his birthplace, in the town today lies the creation known commonly as Wolsey’s Gateway.

Southwold lies in the centre of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is a paradise for the walker, naturalist and birdwatcher. Situated on a hill that gently rises from the Blyth Valley, the town is virtually an island, being surrounded by the River Blyth to the south and Buss Creek to the north. This has resulted in limited town development, thus helping to retain Southwold’s olde worlde charm.

The dramatic coastline and the town’s beautiful architecture make it a popular attraction throughout the year. During the winter, some of Southwold’s most charming elements can be enjoyed, including cosy pub lunches, isolated walks, or a quiet browse in any of its many antique shops.
