A REAL grand design, Cosalt Custom Homes’ latest lodge brings the outside in.

With glazed panoramic windows and French doors, you’ll feel as though you are sitting on a balcony as you enjoy the views from the comfort of your designer sofa.

The new three-bedroom Park View Lodge has a wooden clad finish and is designed to give a sense of space and light with a neutral décor, feature lighting and pale pine elevated ceilings.

Every detail has been well thought out. A wet/dry room off the entrance hall has an extractor fan and heater – perfect for golfers to store their clubs or walkers to dry out wet clothing.

The principle of easy maintenance runs throughout. All skirting boards and doorframes are made of PVC, the wallpaper is scratch-resistant and the carpets are soft yet durable. Energy efficient central heating comes as standard to make winter stays a pleasure.

Cosalt’s interior design department has worked hard to give every room a great look. Inside the 41ft x 20ft lodge you will find the latest design ideas, including:

• An open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with designer décor (including two freestanding sofas) and an electric pebble and flame effect fire, with wiring installed for a plasma TV above.

• A fully-fitted kitchen with oak-style units in an angled U-shape, so you can take in the panoramic views as you cook. An integrated fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher are fitted as standard, with a five-year support package, and a microwave is also included.

• In the master bedroom, a 5ft bed lies alongside two deep drop windows. There are fitted wardrobes and an en-suite.

• The two twin bedrooms (each with two 3ft beds) have built-in bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.

The lodge has a wide side entrance, and to the front is a covered area with French doors. The high-pitched roof offers efficient insulation. The lodge has been built to British Park Home and European Holiday Home standards, and Cosalt is happy to help you add the finishing touches and tailor your lodge to your needs.
