Vantage Motorhomes appoints new general manager

Campervan manufacturer, Vantage Motorhomes, has appointed Ben Dawes as its new general manager.

Ben joined Vantage in 2018 as sales manager. He has a wealth of experience in the motorhome, caravan and leisure industries.

Michael Hardicker, MD Vantage Motorhomes, says: “When Ben joined us in sales, he also brought with him experience in the manufacturing side of things, so we were planning ahead. We’re a growing business in a growing industry, and finding the right people to work with us is extremely important.

"Ben’s time with the company has prepared him to step into the general manager’s role with considerable experience of our procedures and it’s been a very smooth transition.”

Ben takes over from Dave Walsh who has just retired. Dave has been involved in introducing a steady programme of innovations and improvements to both processes and design. He’s also overseen the introduction of new models and has been key to the continued success of the Vantage brand.
