Motorhome Dealer Group, a motorhome dealership with three sites in Hampshire and Dorset, is offering free technical advice to motorhome and campervan owners.

Due to the current coronavirus lockdown, motorhome and campervan owners looking for technical support, fault finding advice and diagnostics may struggle to get the aftersales support they need, so the Motorhome Dealer Group's fully trained specialist motorhome technicians are now offering free help and advice remotely.

Managing Director Rob Kirk said “Due to coronavirus health and safety restrictions we had to temporarily close our branches in Poole, Dorset, and near Ringwood, Hampshire on 23rd March, but since then we have seen an increase in online activity. This includes visitors to our website, our Facebook page and email enquiries.

“People from all over the country have been in touch to ask about anything and everything from how to re-set their heating thermostat, to changing a gas bottle. We’ve had had owners contact us because they cannot get in touch with their regular service agent, by phone or email.”

The Motorhome Dealership Group includes Three Counties Motorhomes in Poole, Countrywide Motorhomes and VW Kamper Centre in Ringwood, Hampshire.
