Motorhome dealer, Dolphin Motorhomes, gets permission to build new workshop

Dolphin Motorhomes tells us it has gained planning permission to build a new three-bay workshop, parts store and showroom extension at its Dorset branch – where it has also employed Chris Cash (pictured) as aftersales manager

The purchase of land adjoining its existing premises means it will also be expanding the sales area, plus adding essential customer parking and a designated handover area.

Dolphin reports 2017 has been a record-breaking year for the whole business (it also has a branch in Southampton). The Dorset upgrades means it will be able to carry out habitation checks, repairs and warranty work. The aim is for building work to be completed by Spring 2018. 

Chris Cash, who boasts some 35 years working in the motorhome market, says: “I am delighted to be joining Dolphin Motorhomes at such an exciting time.
