Hull motorhome and caravan dealer plans expansion

Motorhomes & Caravans Ltd, an east Yorkshire-based motorhome and caravan dealer has announced expansion plans, thanks in part to a finance deal from Barclays. 

The new funding will ensure that MandC can offer a better selection of used models to complement its new Rimor motorhomes that it currently imports. Steven Pritchard, the owner of MandC states, "The new finance with Barclays is really good news for us as it will help us grow and expand, as well as improving our offer of services to clients."

This will also mean the need for more staff and six new apprentices. Steven has extolled the virtues of employing and training new starters from the ground up.

"We have trained several apprentices over the years and this has helped our business to grow rapidly," he said. "We've found their input invaluable. We've found that over the many years of training apprentices it has done our brands proud, because they are fresh faces willing to learn. We have had many multiple apprentices in the past who have been some of our most successful members of staff, like Andy, for example, who has been with us 10 years, since leaving school and he is now the Head Engineer."
