Campervan hire company, Rockin Vans, opens West Midlands site

A Scottish campervan hire company, Rockin Vans, now has a new location in the West Midlands. Located at Beoley, near Redditch in the West Midlands, the new depot will be a hire centre, showroom and workshop.

The new depot represents an investment of £1.75 million and will create around 17 new jobs. You will be able to hire a wide range of motorhomes and campervans from the site, with an introductory 20% discount available for a limited time.

You'll also be able to view and buy campervans, converted in the on-site workshop, with prices starting from around £30,000. there will also be a campervan service centre and accessories shop. The centre will be managed by Rockin Vans directors Katie and Frazer Johnson who will relocate from the company’s headquarters at Kilmarnock in west Scotland.

“It makes perfect sense for us to now open in the West Midlands,“ says Katie Johnson, “It is a good central location with excellent transport links and easy access to some of the best scenery in the UK for our customers to enjoy the freedom of touring.”

This joins the company's existing hire depots in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Heathrow as well as its HQ in Kilmarnock. Rockin Vans has plans to expand the manufacturing facility at Beoley in 2020/2021 and to add a further 10 jobs to the manufacturing workforce.
