Benimar to launch new end washroom motorhome

Benimar is set to launch a new layout in its Ford-based Tessoro motorhome range at the NEC's Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show this month. The new Tessoro 487 is similar to the Tessoro 483 but it has twin inward-facing sofas and is nearly 12 inches (28cm to be precise) longer.

The large spacious lounge is up front, while the kitchen is located centrally, opposite the UK-handed habitation door. At the rear is a large washroom with separate shower and a huge wardrobe. This clothes storage sits above a large externally accessed full-width storage locker but there is internal access here to this space, too. 

The new motorhome offers four berths (with a double made up from the lounge seating and a double that drops down from the roof above) as well as four travel seats (two in the cab and two folding Isofix travel seats under the lounge sofas).

The price starts at £58,995 on the road with the 170bhp Ford engine as standard.
