NEW 2019 Bürstner motorhomes and campervans

f866068c-0675-4f80-bddd-5deedc10d98f

Here are the new motorhomes and campervans launched by Bürstner for the 2019 season, as seen in 'The Essential Guide to 2019 Motorhomes and Campervans'...

Bürstner Ixeo T 690 G motorhome

  • Price from: £70,995
  • Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato 2.3l
  • Layout: Twin single beds
  • Berths: 2/5
  • Travel seats: 4/5
  • Gross weight: 3,850kg
  • Payload: 620kg

Brand-new this year is the Ixeo T model range, and the collection consists of four low-profile models, three of which have twin single beds and the fourth has an island bed.

The T 690 G is the smallest of the family at 6.99 metres long. It is ideal for couples who enjoy touring, as it has single beds in the rear that you step up to, with lots of slide-out storage cupboards beneath. Below is a large garage that is perfect for storing all of your camping equipment.

Ahead of one of the beds is a washroom with a rather clever design, as the toilet, sink and vanity unit completely fold away into the wall to transform the space into a spacious shower cubicle. Opposite this is an ergonomic L-shaped kitchen that offers home-from-home living and a touch of class, having a glass-fronted cabinet for storing wine or champagne glasses. There is a generous lounge and dinette at the front of the motorhome that can seat up to five guests.

New this year, all Ixeo T models now boast a large sky roof that sweeps over the cab and dinette, creating a very light and airy lounge area. A drop-down double bed providing a further two berths is also located here, come bedtime.

Stylish graphics on the outside really sets the new Ixeo T 690 G apart from the crowd, while exterior power sockets, a garage door and an electric step ensure it is practical. With a winterised floor and Truma Combi 6 E heating, it is perfect for year-round touring!

Bürstner Lyseo TD 736 Harmony Line motorhome

  • Price from: £64,995
  • Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato 2.3l
  • Layouts: Island bed
  • Berths: 2/5
  • Travel seats: 4
  • Gross weight: 3,850kg
  • Payload: 775kg

Building on the continued success of the low-profile Lyseo TD Harmony Line, there are two new layouts to add to the collection for the 2019 season. This TD 736 features a height-adjustable island bed layout with a garage below, with separate shower and WC cubicles ahead of this, and a central kitchen.

Of course, there’s a front dinette, and an innovative new addition here is a large central table. This allows for comfortable lounge seating around three sides of the table, using the swivelled cab seats.

The TD 736 measures a generous 7.65 metres. The all-new Lyseo TD 727 G is very similar, except it features two single beds instead, and is slightly shorter at 7.49 metres in length. Both of these models offer four travel seats and up to five berths.

Bürstner City Car Harmony Line C 603 campervan

  • Price from: £49,495
  • Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato 2.3l
  • Layout: Transverse double bed
  • Berths: 2
  • Travel seats: 2
  • Gross weight: 3,500kg
  • Payload: 535kg

The Bürstner City Car is a stylish campervan range that is now available in Harmony Line versions. This means that, here in the UK, we can expect a high level of specification as standard, with things like the Chassis and Design packs fitted. The City Car C 603 Harmony Line is 5.99 metres long and features a transverse double bed in the rear.

It is a true two-berth model because the only seats are those found in the cab, which swivel. Not having a bench seat up front means there is plenty of room for storage cupboards instead, and a large extending table. As a result, it is a perfect campervan for couples.

It features a traditional side kitchen where there is a 90-litre fridge and a two-burner gas hob and oven/grill. Behind the lounge is a washroom with a fold-down sink. You also get Combi 6 diesel heating, making it ideal for year-round camping.

Highlights of Bürstner 2019 motorhomes

  • ‘Feel good layouts’ that combine ergonomics with design of the highest quality
  • Clever designs that maximise space and comfort throughout
  • GRP floors and roofs fitted across the UK motorhome range
  • Fiat Ducato or Al-Ko low-frame chassis
  • Motorhome Service Units combining water and boiler filling and emptying, access for cleaning and to the heater unit, and a 230V plug
  • Special Edition Sydney Swing and Canberra Swing upholstery on Harmony Line motorhomes
  • Harmony Line specifications available on City Car campervan models.
