CONCEPT Multi Car is the main UK agent for Reimo motorhomes and succeeds by sticking to its original company ethos. This is to combine innovative design, quality, craftsmanship, safety, and value for money, within multi-purpose vehicles which serve either as everyday transport, for weekends away or short-term touring. The Ci-Elle fulfils all these requirements and is available in both long and short wheelbase versions.
Impressions
The Ci-Elle really is something special and has features that will endear it to a wide range of would-be buyers. It gives one the option of either two single seats/beds in both the SWB and LWB versions, or, with the option of a triple bench seat at the rear. Both front seats have swivel bases, which help to maximise the living space within the confines of the T5’s living area.
The longer version provides you with a cassette toilet at the rear, not within its own washroom of course, but there is an adequate privacy area that will make it a welcome asset, either on long journeys or on-site during the middle of the night. There is also hot water and optional blown air heating available if required. Both versions can be supplied with a high top if you prefer. General lighting comes from a pair of 30-LED strip lights and a flexible reading light near the wardrobe.
The kitche
The Waeco compressor fridge soiunds small at 40 litres, but is far more space efficient inside than a typical 3-way. Water heating is fitted as standard, but can be omitted if not required.
The single beds are made by lowering the lay-flat seats and resting your feet on the cab seats. The double bed in the longer van is a very creditable 1.96m x 1.27m. The roof bed is surprisingly roomy and is perfectly usable by adults and children alike.
To increase versatility and carrying capacity, there are optional awnings and racks that can be fitted, along with with a variety of
Verdict
The quality and craftsmanship of these motorhomes is outstanding. You can buy cheaper motorhomes of this type elsewhere, but you will struggle to find anyone who can match them for sheer quality.
