South Coast holiday parks to stay open for 50 weeks

Two popular South Coast holiday parks, Coghurst Hall in Hastings and nearby Beauport in St Leonards, both in East Sussex, will now remain open for 50 weeks of the year.
Previously with ten-month licences, which were increased to 11 months last year, the two parks will now close for just two weeks each February for planned improvements.
Coghurst Hall is set in hundreds of acres of historic woodland with an imposing 18th century manor house as its centrepiece. Facilities include a Romanesque leisure pool and spa bath. It also has a well-stocked fishing lake.
Beauport similarly has a beautiful woodland setting with a heated lido pool and other leisure facilities which include a gymnasium and recently extended entertainments venue and clubhouse.
Both parks also stage professional cabarets every night in season, and provide restaurants and bars plus activities and entertainment for children.
