Silver year for Seekers

ba212de2-709c-4b5d-92df-acef188acc69
SEEKERS park home estate agents is currently celebrating 25 years in the business.

The company is the largest dedicated park home estate agent in the UK. What first started in Aldershot as a localised estate agency service in 1982 has developed and expanded to become a professional and respected market leader in a very specialist niche property market.

Seekers are totally dedicated to the park home business, and not only in the UK but are also in the overseas market.  They have mobile and park homes for sale in Spain, and Portugal, and recently they have also introduced homes in France.

Managing Director, Keith Morgan (pictured right) said, "In 1982 we saw the need for a dedicated independent estate agency service which could help sellers and buyers of park homes across the country with marketing, surveys, finances and legal issues.

"And to assist sellers and buyers, we have developed our own informative publication, Seekers Park & Lodge Homes magazine, which offers hundreds of park homes for sale alongside useful, current articles on all aspects of buying and selling."

The company has also developed its own informative websites: www.parkhomeseller.co.uk and www.seekersestateagents.com, which offer invaluable advice about any aspect of park home living.

With hundreds of sales being dealt with at any one time, Seekers has a wide selection of prices, locations and parks on offer. It can also organise surveys, finance and insurance for both buyers and sellers.

One recent happy client, Mrs Kirby, wrote to Keith: "I want to thank you and your staff who were most helpful, keeping me informed throughout the sale.

"Everything went smoothly. Your way of selling park homes really works".

Seekers is a committed member of both the National Park Homes Council and the Guild of Park Homes Services.
