New green-field site opens its doors

There will be plots for just 11 luxury park homes with views across the surrounding countryside on a brand-new residential park-home estate which has recently opened its doors in Bedfordshire.
Radwell Court is a green-field site being developed by the Park Life Group who can trace their roots back almost 70 years. They have a total of 40 such parks spread across 17 English counties, stretching from Truro, Cornwall, in the south west to Ripon, North Yorkshire.So far five homes have been sited at Radwell, a village which lies 6½ miles due north of the county town, Bedford. Both single and twin units can be accommodated, with the maximum size being 50x20.
Purchasers have a choice of Omar, Stately, Tingdene, Pathfinder and Homeseeker models. Guideline prices are £130,000 for a single, £275,000 for a twin. There is a part-exchange scheme for purchasers wishing to sell a bricks’n’mortar property.
Minimum age for residents at Radwell Court is 45. As with all Park Life Group residential estates, there is a manager resident on site.
