Couples tempted by the notion of owning a second home have been offered a two- night ‘virtual ownership’ experience, a 48-hour trial for anyone interested in discovering the advantages of caravan ownership.
The mini break, priced at £49, has been on offer at Park Holidays’ 23 sites in the South of England.Included in the package: a VIP check-in to a gold or silver standard holiday home of the couple’s choice and an entertainment pass, the same as provided to owners. That allows free access to the park's nightly shows and all the leisure facilities, including pools.
An experienced home-ownership consultant is available for answering questions. But, says Park Holidays, there is no high-pressure selling.
New caravans start at £6,995 with free 2014 pitch fees.
