The event, which will run from 2pm till late, will feature a steel band, a singer, a bouncy castle, food stand, ice cream van, raffle and stalls. Visitors will also be able to visit the park's show homes and see vacant plots.
Kings Park is on Canvey Island, next to Canvey Heights Country Park and with a number of sailing clubs in the area. It has its own shop, laundrette, post box, social club and fishing lakes and is protected by a 24-hour security team.
It ios well served by local buses and you can get to London in less than an hour from the local station.
