Breakaway's new parks

9fca8816-e9cb-4c1d-b90b-be6837ef157c
BREAKAWAY Homes, one of the biggest providers to UK buyers of holiday homes in France, Spain and Portugal, has recently added to its list four more parks in the most sought after regions of France - plus another four in Spain.

The new French sites are Le Tiradou, near Beynac, and Le Moulinal near Biron, both in Dordogne; Le Clos des Capitelles near Barjac on the borders of the Ardeche, Cevennes and Provence; and Le Grand Pre near Bazas in the Bordeaux area.

Le Tiradou is nestled in a pretty valley, with views of wooded hills, and just a short stroll away from the beautiful Dordogne River. Facilities include a good-sized swimming pool and sun terrace and a charming club house and bar.  The owner has plans to add a steam room, spa and gym in the near future.

Le Clos is set in the middle of a forest of oaks and has a large infinity pool, gym, sauna and an air-conditioned club house with small bar/coffee shop.

Le Grand Pre is a traditional French park in the grounds of the Chateau d' Arbieu. It is excellent value for money, with generous plot sizes, and includes a swimming pool and a club house/bar/coffee shop converted from the chateau's old barn.

Le Moulinal is a family-run premier park in a lake side setting, and the Breakaway homes are set in a small, select part of the park with a degree of seclusion.

The main complex includes a lakeside terrace, restaurant, coffee shop and a large swimming pool. In the summer residents can enjoy swimming and canoeing from Le Moulinal's own sandy lakeside beach.

The new Spanish parks are all in coastal locations - Azahar and Monmar on the Costa Azahar, the 'orange blossom coast'; Cueva Negra at Mojacar, near Almeria, on the Costa Calida; and Moraia on the Costa Blanca, an hour's drive from Valencia.

Prices in France for a new two-bed luxury mobile home start from as little as £25,995, and in Spain from £26,995.

Breakaway runs regular three-day/two-night inspection trips to all sites in France and Spain for £85 (not including a low-cost flight).
