Priory Park

a6d71e76-920b-4c9b-8277-64f427db5299
SURROUNDED by a woodland country park, the River Orwell and rolling pastures, Priory Park enjoys landscaped grounds and ponds, with walks stretching to the water’s edge.

We are pleased to offer four separate areas to choose from, each with its own unique character. These phased developments of holiday homes offer tastefully landscaped, terraced locations, many with stunning views over the estuary.

The four areas are The Abbots, Friars, Lookout and Monks Meadow. The first two areas are exclusively for lodges, with the second two offering the latest caravan holiday homes as well.

All holiday homes at the Priory are sold for use by the owner and their immediate family, with strictly no subletting.

Open throughout the year without restriction, the Abbots is our original pilot project for only 14 lodges. With a backdrop of woodland, this exclusive area enjoys a central location.

Friars is our flagship development, exclusively for lodges and surrounded by mature woodland. Every lodge here enjoys a unique position, some sheltered by trees, with others in more open areas where you can soak up every minute of the sun. With occupation unlimited throughout the year, you are able to enjoy each of the four seasons.

With the choice of season length giving occupancy from seven to ten months, at Lookout you can buy a new or previously owned holiday home in a sunny terraced location. Offering both lodges and caravan holiday homes, many of the plots enjoy estuary views.

As our most recent evolution, Monks Meadow is an extension to Lookout, with the same seasonal choices. These new plots are being released on a phased basis, and with the very latest caravan holiday homes as well as bespoke lodges to choose from, give you the opportunity to buy the new holiday home of your choice.
