Monkton Wyld Farm Holiday Park

585501bd-bb64-45a1-9fd7-7411fe9b4436
ON the borders of Devon and Dorset, the second phase of our holiday home development nears completion.

The popularity of phase one rested on the imaginative and spacious design of the plots, which allowed individuality and the chance for owners to have their own private space, offering peace and quiet in their own home-from-home. This ethos has continued to an even greater extent in phase two, reflected in the early sales achieved.

The park is perfectly situated, offering easy walking/driving distance to both Lyme Regis and Charmouth’s sandy beach, with all the Jurassic Coast on the doorstep. The rolling hills of West Dorset and the many beautiful villages and hidden gems lie around the corner.

Each local village has its own individual shops, whilst Honiton, Beaminster and Colyton are rather special places to meander through. In addition to River Cottage and Mark Hix, there is a wonderful selection of restaurants and pubs offering a range of diverse food experiences.

Bring the grandchildren and let them enjoy the many and varied attractions that cater for them from Abbotsbury Swannery to Seaton Tramway. Lyme Regis is always buzzing from Lifeboat Week to Jazz Week, and our comprehensive tourist information is always up-to-date with all the local events.

The 15-year license and 10-month season allow owners to take advantage of experiencing all the coastal villages during the quieter months of the year. You will be able to experience both Christmas and New Year at Monkton Wyld if you wish.

Each plot can accommodate homes up to 40ft by 14ft, with of course, decking to front and sides if required. Car parking is adjacent to each home.

For dog owners, there is the park’s own small woodland dog walk, with the extra benefit of 80 acres of Forestry Commission woods across the lane.

You can choose whichever holiday home you prefer, and we are happy to offer guidance and suggestions if required.

The park shop is open daily and can supply most immediate requirements when the main touring park is open from mid March to early November.
