Should you wish, you can choose from a further range of kitchens to suit your tastes. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan and integrated fridge/freezer. There are currently four layout options, two with two bedrooms (four berth) and two further options with three bedrooms (six-berth).  In three of the options the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. In the fourth layout there is a second WC instead - ideal for the busy family. The master bedroom is a double room with the second and third bedrooms being twin rooms, which is perfect for the family. The second bedroom could be utilised as a double room if wished. A family bathroom leads off the hallway, beside the boiler cupboard which doubles as a storage cupboard. If you need further storage then there is loft space via the access from the hall. The Woodland Lodge does not end there, not only is this home already packed with features, you can adapt it further should you wish. Add decking area to provide that perfect link to the outdoor living area, either 4’, 6’ or 8’ in depth, coming fully interlinked with the home and fitted with balustrade. Then maybe add another set of French doors to make sure that you have maximum access to your new decking area. Why not take if even further and add a roof terrace from which to enjoy the views - perfect for relaxing during the summer with a glass of wine. Each and every home is built to customers’ specific requirements and can be changed in many ways so that you get the home that suits your needs.
