INTRODUCING the Tingdene Woodland Lodge, a leisure home that allows for some innovative options that will provide you with the ideal holiday home. What’s more the Woodland Lodge is competitively priced compared with other makes of lodge of a similar size and specification.

Style, innovation, quality and detail are the key words to describe this home. From the first time you enter this home you are immediately taken by the spacious feel of the living area. The lounge, dining area and kitchen have an open plan layout with the vaulted ceiling enhancing the space the whole area has to offer, as does the roof window in the kitchen area. The dining area has a modern wooden table with four/six chairs. The lounge area has three two-seater settees, again providing adequate seating, perfect for the six-berth version of this holiday home. Furnishing is fresh, modern and contemporary, as are the curtains that complement the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards in a cream or white high gloss luxury finish with a centre island, which works perfectly with the overall layout. Should you wish, you can choose from a further range of kitchens to suit your tastes. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan and integrated fridge/freezer. There are currently four layout options, two with two bedrooms (four berth) and two further options with three bedrooms (six-berth).  In three of the options the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. In the fourth layout there is a second WC instead - ideal for the busy family. The master bedroom is a double room with the second and third bedrooms being twin rooms, which is perfect for the family. The second bedroom could be utilised as a double room if wished. A family bathroom leads off the hallway, beside the boiler cupboard which doubles as a storage cupboard. If you need further storage then there is loft space via the access from the hall. The Woodland Lodge does not end there, not only is this home already packed with features, you can adapt it further should you wish. Add decking area to provide that perfect link to the outdoor living area, either 4’, 6’ or 8’ in depth, coming fully interlinked with the home and fitted with balustrade. Then maybe add another set of French doors to make sure that you have maximum access to your new decking area. Why not take if even further and add a roof terrace from which to enjoy the views - perfect for relaxing during the summer with a glass of wine. Each and every home is built to customers’ specific requirements and can be changed in many ways so that you get the home that suits your needs. Keys features of the Woodland Lodge include: home is fully furnished; vaulted ceilings to lounge/diner/kitchen with roof windows; gas heating system; full range of internal lighting; coffee table; 32” LCD TV above the fireplace; luxury high gloss kitchen, integrated fridge/freezer; freestanding silver dishwasher; ceramic tiled bathroom with shower over bath; soft close toilet seat; ensuite and walk-in wardrobe; matting to entrance door; Oak or Rosewood uPVC windows (white to inside) double glazed, log timber external finish (other finishes available); 10 year insurance backed warranty; built to BS3632.
