• The Everglade
You can dine in style on the roof terrace of this high-spec three-bedroom holiday lodge, which has everything you need for a family home from home.
From the decking area lit by LED lights to the luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar and integral appliances, no expense has been spared in the furnishings and décor.
Central heating, double glazing and insulation, plus a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace all come as standard to give the feel of a quality ‘bricks and mortar’ home.
It has a tiled pitched roof and is available in 42ft x 20ft or 45ft x 20ft (22ft 3in widths are also available).
• The Beachcomber
A smaller version of the Everglade lodge, at 12ft wide this has all the hallmarks of its bigger brother and is packed with features. Central heating, double glazing and a tiled roof come as standard, with a spiral staircase leading to a roof terrace. Fully furnished, the lodge also has a luxury fitted kitchen, stylish bathroom and co-ordinating curtains/bedspreads. It is 42ft x 12ft in size.
• The Harcourt ‘L’
Built in an L-shape to fit snugly into corner plots and make the most of any available space, the Harcourt is available in a choice of external claddings and colour schemes.
Stylishly decorated and furnished, with a well equipped bathroom and separate en-suite, full central heating and double glazing means you can stay all year round. A decking area is available as an optional extra and the lodge is 30ft + 20ft x 12ft in size.
• The Harcourt
With a virtually maintenance-free exterior and folding doors that open from the lounge to the decking area, this lodge is the ideal holiday home.
Luxury touches include an en-suite in the master bedroom, a deluxe bathroom suite, fully fitted kitchen and flat screen TV package (the latter is optional).
Well insulated, with central heating and double glazing, the lodge is perfect for all weather conditions and its vaulted ceilings and stylish décor give a light, airy feel.
Fully furnished as standard, it is 40ft x 20ft in size (22ft 3in widths are also available).
• Barnsdale Lodge
At the top of the range, this smart Tingdene lodge offers complete luxury.
You can put your feet up and relax in the lounge while your children (or grandchildren) have the sunroom to themselves.
Light and spacious, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and roof windows, there is also a large decking area.
A fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a deluxe bathroom and shower suites and co-ordinating décor throughout add to the luxury feel.
The tiled pitch room has some loft space for extra storage and designer radiators come as standard as part of the central heating system.
Well insulated and double glazed, with tanalised log cladding on the outside (vinyl cladding and stucco finishes are available as an option), it is a quality holiday home ideal for all the family.
Fully furnished as standard, the lodge is 46ft x 20ft in size (22ft 3in widths are also available).
All Tingdene homes are manufactured using high quality materials, including PVC-u double glazed doors and windows, and all furnishings comply with the latest safety standards.
