White Arches marks 40 years in business with prize giveaway bonanza

The White Arches Caravans Group is celebrating its 40th Anniversary by giving away £5,000 worth of prizes to customers.

To celebrate the landmark, White Arches is running a 40th Anniversary Grand Prize Draw, where 40 lucky winners will share 40 great prizes worth in total over £5,000.

Entry is free online at www.white-arches.co.uk and you can also enter by attending the dealership’s 2012 Caravan and Motorhome Show at either Rushden or Wellingborough Branches on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, February 3-5. Entry is free with free refreshments and some special offers.

Joint Managing Directors Steve Sharpe and brother-in-law Nick White together with their wives Diane Sharpe and Jo White are very proud to still be a family business.

The Company has grown over its history to become one of the most successful caravan and motorhome dealerships in the Country.

The business employs more than 70 members of staff and now has three branches in Rushden, Stony Stratford, near Milton Keynes and Little Irchester, near Wellingborough.

It’s a far cry from the humble beginnings in 1972, when Steve and Jo's parents Peter and Norma Sharpe, now retired, decided to turn their hobby into a business by starting to sell caravans in the gardens of their Spanish style bungalow in Rushden.

With the increasing popularity of motorhomes, in 2004, the company opened White Arches Motor homes at Little Irchester on the site of a former Little Chef.

Steve Sharpe said: "Both Nick's family and my own have always enjoyed the freedom and adventure that a caravan or motorhome holiday offers and sharing our experiences with our customers and seeing the great benefits our customers get from their caravan or motorhome holiday is great."
