POWERTRAVELLER.COM has introduced a new back-up battery charger which can be used to re-charge anything from an digital camera to a portable games console.

The PowerMonkey can be charged through the mains, offering up to 96 hours of charge for a mobile phone, 40 hours for an iPod, 6 hours for the SonyPSP or two full charges for a PDA. It can even charge digital cameras.
The unit will hold its charge for a year and is compact enough to be stored easily. Two LEDs indicate both when the PowerMonkey needs charging and when plugged into a device.

The charger is compatible with the majority of standard mobile phones including Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Siemens & Sony Ericsson and you get a USB connector for iPods, MP3 players, PDAs, smart mobile phones, digital cameras, Bluetooth headsets and many more digital devices.
