Flying high at<br>the Lincoln Show!

RALLIERS arriving today (Thursday) for this weekend's Lincoln show have been treated to an impromptu show from the world-famous Red Arrows air display team. 

As vans poured onto the showground for this weekend's Midsummer Music and Leisure show, the nine-strong Arrows practised their entire routine over the showground. One plane flew so low over delighted campers it even set off some vehicle alarms! 

The Arrows, who are based at neighboring RAF Scampton, were just the beginning of a weekend packed with entertainment. The local weather forecast predicts bright sunshine and temperatures in the 20s for the entire weekend.

Day tickets are still available on the gate for this weekend’s show, which has always been a huge event in the motorhomers’ calendar with specialist traders and an open-air concert on Saturday night.

Day tickets cost £5 for adults and £1.50 for children aged between five and 16.

Topping the bill on Saturday evening this year are Gerry & The Pacemakers, playing as part of a 60s and 70s music spectacular that also features Class of 64, The Rubettes and The Real Thing.

Tickets for the concert only are also available at £19 for adults and £9 for children aged between five and 16.

The event will feature more than 150 specialist outdoor traders selling a range of accessories. Outdoor leisurewear and footwear plus many accessories for the home and garden will also be on sale.

And again, the Midsummer Music & Leisure Show again incorporates the Park and Holiday Homes Show.
