The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show is giving caravanners the chance to have their gastronomic genius immortalised in the first ever show recipe book.
Organisers are on the look out for 23 culinary conceptions to feature in the finished publication, whether you’re speciality is baking, boiling, blanching or any other form of kitchen creativity.
To enter, simply email your recipe and a picture of the finished dish being enjoyed away from home to [email protected] by the 24 January 2015 and you could feature in the show’s cook book.
Categories in the competition
• One-pot wonders (dishes that can be cooked in just one pan, pot or baking dish)• Low-cal lovelies (main meals that are under 400 calories per serving
• Done in 60 seconds (or thereabouts) (quick and easy meals that take less than five minutes to prepare, cook and serve)
• Very veggie (suitable for vegetarians)
• Cook with the kids (recipes that lend themselves well to cooking with children ages 12 or under)
All winning entrants will gain free entrance to the show, taking place between 17-22 February, along with a free copy of the recipe book.
