Caravan Design Awards 2011 announced by Caravan Club

The awards took place towards the end of the Boat and Caravan show 2011 at the NEC, Birmingham. Winning caravans included the Bailey Orion 400/2 (see video), which was launched to the public on the monday of the show. Bailey's Pegasus 2 Genoa, the smallest caravan in the new Pegasus II range, also lead its class.
Swift won four out of seven awards, with the Sprite Musketeer EB caravan, Sterling Europa 520, Charisma 550 and Swift Challenger 480.

At the same evening event, the Caravan Club announced their Lightweight Trailer Awards, for trailer tents, folding campers and small caravans.
