Silver Dawn Touring Park

Family run since 1966, this is a large but very well-kept campsite, mixing motorhomes and touring caravans with static holiday homes. There appear to be a large number of caravans with awnings which are there for the season, but this still leaves ample space for touring units. The local bus services the campsite, and there are plenty of pubs nearby. Good toilet and washing facilities on site plus the usual chemical waste disposal but no drive over grey drainage. Granted a Silver David Bellamy Award for their commitment to the environment, this is a pleasing campsite with ample facilities. ...
