Warners Group Publications improves email newsletters for subscribers

d29a4083-3a50-4013-b61a-9603de06d2a9

Below, we delve into just what these changes are and how it affects you

Warners Group Publications plc, the publisher of www.outandaboutlive.co.uk as well as the country’s leading outdoor magazines Camping, Caravan, Campervan, MMM and What Motorhome has partnered with DotDigital, one of the UK’s leading digital service providers to offer an enhanced email newsletter experience.

Important information

There will be a gap in service, meaning customers will not receive any newsletters from 1 November 2021 until approximately 8 November 2021. During this time, work will be done behind the scenes to ensure subscribers who have opted in will be able to continue enjoying the content offered.

Once this has taken place, it is important to note that the ‘from’ address for emails sent by the outdoor leisure titles including Camping, Caravan, Campervan, MMM and What Motorhome magazines, as well as www.outandaboutlive.co.uk will be changing.

Therefore, please add [email protected] to your safe contacts to avoid any newsletters being missed. If you do feel you are missing emails from us, please check your spam/junk folder and move the emails to your inbox.

Following the move to DotDigital, Warners Group Publications has updated its privacy policy.

Why is Warners Group Publications moving to DotDigital?

With new technology emerging every day, it is important for content to be readable on smartphones, tablets, PCs and laptops and moving to DotDigital will guarantee a better service.

With the move to DotDigital, the tens of thousands of people who currently subscribe to e-newsletters from www.outandaboutlive.co.uk as well as Camping, Caravan, Campervan, MMM and What Motorhome magazines will benefit from all of this and more. Warners will now be able to improve its service by providing relevant, entertaining and engaging content to its subscribers.

What this means for subscribers

Email newsletters will continue to be produced by Warners as subscribers have grown to expect. DotDigital will simply be replacing the technology currently used to setup, design and send those messages.
