It certainly hasn’t been a typical year in the world of camping, with travel plans disrupted and many trips and visits put on hold.

Camping during the lockdown
Here’s an article we could never have expected to write this time last year – and it’s the most read item of content in 2020. Published in April, during the first national lockdown, it looked at the ways people were still able to get their camping fix, without leaving their homes.

Six of the best Cornwall beaches
Even if restrictions meant we were limited in where we could go camping, it didn’t stop you enjoying some of the travel content we provided. Cornwall is one of the most popular regions in the UK for camping holidays, with its beaches a major attraction.

Camping Magazine Awards: Best Family Tent
As always, the Camping Magazine Awards drew plenty of attention, with three articles based around category winners featuring in the top ten list. The best of these was the Best Family Tent class, claimed by Outwell’s Airville 6SA.
