Further details have been announced of the return of UK’s biggest indoor motorhome, caravan and camping show at the NEC

It has been confirmed that the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show will be back at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham between 22 and 27 February, 2022.

Five halls will be packed with over 350 exhibitor stands, showcasing the latest campervans, motorhomes, touring caravans, tents, trailer tents, folding campers, holiday homes and lodges.

The news comes after the October show at the NEC was cancelled because of a lack of clarity over the rules for large organised indoor events.

Organisers were also concerned that the show could generate even more demand for new leisure vehicles at a time when it may prove to be ‘untenable for some’ exhibitors to meet.

Who will be taking part?

Demand for leisure vehicles has grown massively over the last 18 months, with the motorhome and campervan market growing 39% between June 2020 and July 2021.

The February show will see over 50% more campervan models on display from leading manufacturers including Bilbo's, CMC Reimo, Danbury, Dreamer, Elddis, Hillside Leisure, IH Motorhomes, Malibu, Murvi, Swift, Vantage Motorhomes, Westfalia Mobil and WildAx.

It will also include an indoor display of pitched tents from major brands including Coleman, Kampa Dometic, Khyam, Lichfield, Regatta, Snow Peak, Quest, Vango and Zempire.

Cabanon, Camp-Let, Camplair, Campmaster, Camptrail, Jamet, Opus, Raclet, Pennine Outdoor, Silver and Trigano will be showing trailer tents and folding caravans.

What else is there to do?

Visitors will also be able to research and book their 2022 holidays from a selection of campsites and holiday parks as well as buying accessories for their trips.

Advice will be on offer at a series of talks and presentations from organisations and enthusiasts across the outdoor leisure market and you can take part in caravan towing courses.

NCC Events Chairman, Anthony Trevelyan, said

We can’t wait to welcome those who love the freedom and adventure of camping, caravanning, motorhome and holiday caravan holidays back to the NEC in February and extend a particularly warm welcome to those new to the lifestyle joining us for the first time.

Nothing beats live events and we’re excited to offer visitors the opportunity to get inside and compare the different layouts, fittings and innovations from the best in the industry so that they can make an informed buying decision.

Tickets are limited and on sale now at ccmshow.co.uk priced at £10 in advance.
