Festival awards shortlist revealed

The finalists in this year’s UK Festival Awards have been announced.More than 700,000 votes have been cast by music fans for their favourite festivals and artists, a 25% increase on last year’s figures.
Among the public-voted accolades are awards for the Best Major, Medium, Small, New, Family and Grass Roots events, as well as the coveted Best Toilets award.
The titles up for grabs for artists include Headline Performance Of The Year and Anthem Of The Summer.
The winners will be announced at the UK Festival Awards ceremony which at the Roundhouse in London on Monday 1 December.
