The Stonewood is designed with affordability in mind. And, like many holiday homes, there is no compromise on quality in the interest of that key affordability factor. Everything is beautifully, solidly constructed.
The L-shaped kitchen has a natural wood finish and fawn upper cabinets, all with simple, slim black handles. Surface space is in three areas, to the left and right of the hob, and to the left of the sink. The fridge/freezer is hidden behind natural wood doors. A microwave is among optional extras, along with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The natural wood theme continues to floor level, with a herringbone pattern that picks up the shades of the cabinetry.
The Stonewood’s lounge is designed for versatility; the large, L-shaped sofa can be transformed into a double bed. Yellows, combined with fawns, create a sunny hue in the curtain and cushion fabric. Voiles add privacy – and also a luxury look.
The dining suite is bench-style, so that you can tuck the benches under the table to maximise on floor space. Though, as with other Victory homes that have this style of dining furniture, buyers can opt for chairs if they prefer.
Bedroom styling is simple yet cosy, with upholstered headboards in a sunny yellow pattern and Roman-style blinds in grey, edged with a mustard shade.
The Stonewood is available in six size options, ranging from 29ft to 41ft, all 12ft wide. Two of the sizes have three bedrooms.
